Over the past year, Smeal alumni Karla Trotman, the President & CEO of Electro Soft, Incorporated, and Antonio Nieves, the CEO of Interior Define, Inc., have been interviewing diverse Smeal graduates who left Corporate America and took the entrepreneurial plunge. The Smeal Alumni Diversity Entrepreneurship Talks are a collection of those discussions, discovering their journeys from Penn State to President of their own businesses. Karla and Antonio will discuss the series, what they have learned from the entrepreneurs, issues impacting minority businesses, and share best practices for individuals thinking of starting their own businesses.
