This presentation on inclusive leadership will be a combination of formal and interactive discussion. The goal is to identify various leadership styles as a lead in to the definition and characteristics of inclusive leadership. We will discuss what it is, why it's important, and how you can develop your leadership skills to be as inclusive as possible. We will review and briefly discuss each of the six signature traits of an inclusive leader.
