The 2021-22 Accelerator Rap Challenge registration is now open! Teams of undergraduates around
the US are invited to:
1) Register a team of 2-5 students.
2) Create a short animated music video designed for girls and children of color to see themselves in innovative
entrepreneurial careers.
3) Compete for prizes and bragging rights!
The Accelerator Rap Challenge is hosted by The Cape (Community Advancing Pluralism in Entrepreneurship) at Penn State. Participating teams will interact with thought leaders in the creator economy over the arc of the contest and learn about the creator economy, entrepreneurship, animation, beat-making, educational media, and the power of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Registration open: November, 29, 2021
Kickoff zoom for registered teams and the judging panel - December 2021
Submissions accepted - Jan/Feb 2022
Creator economy coda - March 2022
Finale and awards presentation - April 2022
