25 years working in the PA Small Business Development Center network in international trade, general business and agriculture consulting.  Previously exported food, chemicals and equipment and 8 years of trade finance experience working at the First National Bank of Chicago and Maryland National Bank.  Knowledge of French, Hebrew, some Arabic and Persian.
