Tom joined the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in 2015. Tom focuses on assisting clients with the development of structured narrative business plans, detailed financial projections, as well as preparation of loan proposals. Tom provides one-on-one consulting to clients in both Lycoming and Clinton Counties, as well as instructs classes regarding starting a business and utilizing QuickBooks.
Prior to working with the SBDC, Tom worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a Franchisee in the Restaurant Industry. Tom performed bookkeeping, Human Resources, competitor analysis, relocation feasibility, and other financial planning applications.
Tom resides in Clinton County where he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and being an active board member of Downtown Lock Haven, Inc.
